Sunsets and polaroids was a chilled workshop. It lifted the spirits and gave us new ideas with different techniques as to how to achieve differing results.

My daughter loved the summer workshop. She asked me to book another one and wants to do the after school workshops. There aren't many groups out there for children who like the arts or stem subjects so thank you.

UPDATED 10/7/24 - another fabulous workshop at Saredon Studios. This time it was Polaroid sunsets. My painting skills haven’t improved any but it was thoroughly enjoyable.The place is lovely and anyone not ventured there yet should get a place booked.**************************************I can’t recommend this lovey place enough. I have been on several of their workshops and I have felt comfortable and welcomed every time.I am far from an artist but with the expert guidance given I feel able to enjoy the workshops and learn a lot about art and different techniques.Today I painted a shaggy stag which was fun (even when I didn’t like what I had achieved halfway through). I was given the confidence that the end result would look great and I was very happy with it.I would recommend this studio to anyone wanting to try something different - even something out of your comfort zone - it’s friendly and the classes are expertly taught.

Saredon Sudios is a great place to learn new skills and improve old. Alex guides you through all projects and activities as needed with great support. There is a lovely atmosphere in the Thursday group sessions with fellow keen artists at all different levels of ability and with different artistic styles. All ages attend and support each other tremendously enjoying each others company.

A most enjoyable experience. Alexandra is an excellent teacher and the company of the class was good fun. Loved it.

My son Leo attended the sea creatures workshop and really enjoyed the experience. He learned new techniques in a safe and fun environment, and came home with a fantastic piece of artwork. The session was well worth the money. We will definitely do another session.

First time attending the studio, today but it won’t be the last! Alex was so welcoming and friendly. It was an excellent way to sped a few hours and become absorbed in creating a piece of art using watercolours. I’m a total beginner But I was really pleased with what I produced. Well recommended it. Great location, parking very nearby and bus station and taxi rank 100-150 metres away. Safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere with clear guidance and lots of encouragement. It does wonders for relieving stress and developing your confidence too. Everyone achieves a piece of work to be proud of. Once you have been you will want to go again.

Joined the class last January and have learnt such a lot. Alexandra is friendly and a great teacher. The time goes by so quickly, highly recommended
