Excellent service, great value for money. Gave me a quote, no hidden costs. I was very pleased and will continue to use Cooper’s for my annual service.

So.....my story begins on a Thursday morning, I call to see to see when someone will be available to look into a leaking radiator. They call back within half an hour and say they're busy which is acceptable but if i message my address details and remind them at lunch they will try to get out if they get time which I accepted due to the short notice given.As requested i remind at lunchtime and provides address details. Its now Saturday morning and I have STILL not had any form of communication from them. I appreciate that they may have already had prior commitments but if they would simply let me know they couldn't attend I could have arranged someone else to attend.As its now the weekend I have to wait until Monday to try and get someone out!Very poor customer service and a and even if they contacted me now I wouldn't have them do the repair as if their communications are this poor I can only imagine the workmanship would match.Definitely not recommended!

Total waste of my time..Came once although over an hour late for appointment.Work required was noted and instruction given to us to choose items at local showrooms.This was all completed and required purchase forwarded from supplier to Jamie Cooper. Never heard from them again,despite further contact from myself.Totally unprofessional and a waste of our time...This wasn't a leaky tap,but several thousand pounds worth of work.

Phoned to get some help with a boiler breakdown, was told an engineer would be in touch within an hour, never heard back from them. Thankfully another local company sorted the issue. I'm sure other people have had a positive experience with CP Coopers but we can't recommend them ourselves.

We arranged for our boiler to be serviced. The guy arrived exactly when he said he would, and was knowledgeable and efficient.By coincidence a few days later a motorised valve failed. We called Mr. Cooper again and received the same efficient and prompt service.

Amazing service as always. Always so punctual and polite and always smiling. Job both times completed to a top standard. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend. They won't dissapoint.

Was really impressed with the installation of a new boiler and central heating system. Mr Cooper listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with some very useful ideas. The installation was carried out on time and we were impressed with the thoughtfulness and care taken. Cannot recommend him and his team too highly.

Cooper Plumbing got our boiler working for us on our moving day. They arrived quickly after we called and got it all sorted for us straight away. Highly recommend.

My gas fire was serviced by Dave.He came when he said he would & was efficient & thorough. He left everthing as he found it & the fire works better than it has in months.I am very pleased with everything &I would recommend CP Cooper.I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service. On time. Very professional. Well mannered. They even hoovered up afterwards and explained the new thermostat. I would highly recommend them. Very impressed
