We had a badly leaking and running kitchen tap which we couldn't turn off. We called Mario Martin and he responded straight away to our call and came within a couple of hours, quickly stopped and repaired the leaking tap which took him no time at all. We were very pleased with Mario's workmanship. He is very helpful knowledgeable. We will have no hesitation in calling him again for any plumbing and installation work.

I was told there was no charge to come and assess the leak I have. After a few taps with his screwdriver, I was told there was no leak which doesn't make sense, as two Yorkshire water engineers have already identified a clear leak as there is sound on the stop taps and water flowing. So after no help at all he finishes with how would I be paying for the call out.Wouldn't reccomend.

Came out immediately, found and sealed a gas leak very quickly and proceeded to check/test every other piece of gas equipment in the house and the system as a whole, which put my mind at rest. Very professional, will be using Martin Plumbing for every job in future.

Pilot light would not stay lit on our Water Heater. Had an engineer out who charged an extortionate amount just for a call out, had no idea what to do and left. Finally found Mario who came with no call out fee, knew exactly what the problem was, gave us a reasonable price & returned the next day with a new part and got our hot water back on with minimum fuss. He was very knowledgeable, polite & friendly, giving us confidence in his skills. The final charge was exactly what he had quoted. Will definitely be using him again if needed. We feel we've now know 'A man who can'.
