I bought my car here in October right before I had to leave for my holidays and in a tight schedule Craig was capable of accommodating me. Not only having being able to have the car the day I had to leave and being extremely grateful I had to book for the service the car didn’t have (because I was running in a tight schedule) as soon as I came from my holidays, and this again was made possible thanks to Craig that personally got in contact with me to ease my mind.I also had to get two things fixed from the car, which I did very promptly and professionally thanks to Craig and Liam from Top Car Services.Not to mention they gave me a more than fair price for my part exchange. Best experience I could have ever hoped for! I had been searching for a used car for sometime. Arnold Clark was of little help and not very responsive. I found a car from another dealer, paid an hefty deposit and they were even worse (Pine Lodge). Third times a charm - found a car through Culloden and had it within a few days! The car is 6 years old but was SPOTLESS when it arrived. I have never bought a car from a distance, sight unseen and I was nervous but Craig made me feel safe and comfortable. (Note: They really clean the cars and show every detail ahead of time). Craig was the most responsive, kind and reliable person I’ve dealt with and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend him and Culloden cars. if I ever need a car again I will return!

This is my second time returning to Culloden Cars. Like last time very straight forward and hassle free. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Ian was fantastic at helping us through the process. Very happy with the car I purchased and trade in i had, the car i purchased was handed over to a very high standard and Ian got it to me before I thought I would get it, which was a bonus, considering how busy they are. Very pleased with the excellent service provided by Craig. He goes that little bit further to improve your buying experience. No high pressure salesmanship and a very pleasant manner. Delighted with my new car and had a very enjoyable drive home with the roof down. Culloden Cars will be our first contact when we come to replace one of our other cars.
