Great technical knowledge helped out in fixing our AM machine with regards to the laser not communicating with the PC. I would highly recommend using their services in the future.

I managed to source a second hand one, and Gareth at Thinklaser was very helpful in helping me get it set up, and sending configuration files even though I wasn't a direct customer. Great customer support 7 years after purchasing my Lightblade machine! A few days ago I thought my laser had finally given up the ghost. I sent an email to Thinklaser who replied immediately with loads of helpful information including wiring diagrams and possible solutions to my issue. A few days later and some simple parts replaced and I'm happy to report I'm up and running again. This is really great customer service and their help and advice was invaluable. This is the reason I chose to purchase my machine from an established UK company. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. Tom & Gavin have been great and their customer support is fantastic. So happy with our new laser machine and Gavin came along for the day to set up the machine and then gave us training followed by a telephone call a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok.
