After a number of other suppliers either didn’t respond to my enquiry or let me down at the last minute I contacted Andrew at Automated Access Control. My broken electric gates were fixed within a couple of days and a single visit. The engineer who attended site was professional and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Issues from start with automotive gates…only 2 years old riddled with rust, bubbling and rusting everywhere! Also gates start to sag and need constant readjustment. Concrete post loose and wobbling about. Appalling company and terrible service, took 50% deposit but never did work to fix and refuse to refund. Would avoid using this company

The whole team are very professional and arrived on time. The engineers resolved all my faults and ensured that there would not be any more water damaged to the system. New parts fitted gates working perfectly now and reasonable priced, quick to response will certainly use them again.

I have been using Automated Access for a few years now after my previous gate company let me down. My recent problem was one of the gate sensors failed and they sent someone out the same day to do a temporary fix so that I could use the gates. The engineer then came back two days later to fix the new part and test. Very good communication and the engineer is always polite and explains what he has done on completion.
