Both my children attend the Kung Fu classes and absolutely love it. Fantastic club with great instructors. Brilliant way to keep fit and learn excellent self defence skills. Pay as you go sessions too. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic club for both kids and adults. My kids love going, all the instructors are friendly and very supportive. I go to the adult classes and I can't wait for the next session to come. Great fitness before starting to learn a great martial art.

This is a great kung fu school, sifu mark cook can explain what you are doing and why, with supportive learning for you to reach your full potential. I couldn't recommend him enough I have been training with him for years now and I have learnt so much, feel happy and healthy when training and confident in the ability to defend myself should I ever need to.

My experience this musle head thing a bit wrong. Put in all these wonderful moves too much dairy never learn on short term memory. Looking too learn quickly not that good
