China Rose

First time we have ordered from here & it will be the last. Prawn Toast was not fresh it was very dark and greasy as if it had been warmed up. The same with the Chips. The Beef & Mushroom was congealed. The Special Fried Rice wasn't up to much. Overall Disgusting.

We found metal staples in my 6 year olds meal. He could have been seriously Ill or choked. I’m reporting to food standards agent. Just eat we’re not will to help on this serious matter

I ordered 2 meals from here thinking with them being local it would be relatively quick and with it being under new ownership it was worth trying to see if it was any better than the previous owners.They sent me special fried rice instead of mushroom fried rice so I called and let them know the mistake had been made. I was offered replacement rice sending. I made them aware that by the time the rice got there the rest of my meal would be flat cold, to which I was told if your food is cold when the rice arrives call us back and we will resend your order instead.When the rice arrived 20 minutes later my salt and pepper chicken and sweet and sour sauce were flat cold as I had told them it would be. So I rang them back and explained my food was cold. It took them 5 minutes to even find my order and I was then offered replacement chicken and sauce. I told them that we would then have the same issue with the rice going cold this time before the new chicken and sauce would arrive. The woman on the phone then told the manager that I was saying my rice was already cold which I never said and I was told they would only send chicken and sauce not rice. I told them in that case I would be requesting a refund through just eat due to this becoming ridiculous now at which point she hung up on me.2 minutes later I received a phone call back asking if they could send a driver to collect the cold food. Who in their right mind wants to come collect cold food, what are they going to do reheat it and sell it on to someone else?!?! I told her I didn't want anything to do with them and would be dealing with the issue through just eat going forward.When just eat rang china rose they flatly refused to refund the order which quite frankly is petty and extremely unprofessional and as such I will never be ordering from this dismal excuse for a take away ever again and I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from here chooses to place an order with somewhere else!

Got food from here when I was working here fixing there boiler.Food was nice I had prawn toast chicken chow mein and veg foo yung.I would order again if it was closer to my home

I ordered from china rose because I thought the food would be nice and I was hungry. When the food arrived everything that we ordered was cold and inedible. A couple minutes later after eating I start to get really sick and dizzy due to the food that I ate. If you don’t want to get sick please don’t order from here it’s not worth spending your money

China Rose has to be one of the best takeaways for Chinese food in Bradford. The food is always fresh, delicious and piping hot. Excellent quality and excellent value for money. You can't beat it , it's my absolute go to everytime. When my sister comes over from USA and wants a Chinese takeaway, this is the only place we order from. Thank you for brilliant, delicious food. Highly, highly recommended.

Just had a delivery from China Rose and was very disappointed.Hubby had chicken in black bean sauce, chicken was slimy and meal greasy. I had spare ribs in Peking sauce which were not too bad they came in a coating, batter or breadcrumbs, sauce was nice but ribs chewy and fatty.We both had the salt and pepper chips which were awful, stale old chips not freshly cooked, tasted like yesterday's leftovers, for the price of almost £20 they could have atleast crooked fresh chips which cost a few pence in reality.Rubbish most of it went in the bin!

Ordered food from here and it was delicious, the flavours where lovely and the service was brilliant.
