St. Davids Escape Room

We had a great afternoon of family team work. The room was interesting, fun and challenging… but not so tricky that we couldn’t complete it. Thanks to Ben for being a super host and for his ingenuity!

Booked on the recommendation of all of the 5 star reviews, for a holiday birthday activity for an 11 yr old. Ben was great during the booking process and we decided to do both the escape room and the ‘puzzle obstacle’ course.Chloe oversaw the escape room and ‘helped’ with a few clues that we needed. We did Level 1 which felt about right for our group of 2 x 11yr olds, a 12 yr old and two adults. It was really good and we liked the local St David’s theme. Chloe was also great and didn’t make us fell stupid.! We managed to escape with 3 mins left, which made us feel amazing!We then moved onto the outdoor course, with Ben as our guide. This was awesome and we haven’t seen anything like it before. It was great for us all and like a more active outdoor escape room.Ben and Chloe made both the experiences a really fun adventure and we would highly recommend for families and adults alike.

Visited today as a birthday treat for my youngest and we had a great time! Lovely location, Ben the host was super friendly and explained everything. We really enjoyed the experience - there were 2 adults and 2 kids aged 13 and 11. We did the medium level and it was spot on. Thanks and we’ll be back next holiday to do the outdoor challenge.

Brilliant experience for our first time in an escape room. Ben the host, was very welcoming and great at his job, making the kids feel at ease straight away and keeping in touch when needed to make sure we didn't stray too far from the objective. The room itself was perfect and kept me the wife and kids (6 and 8) engrossed for the whole 58 minutes it took us to escape. Well worth the money!

What a fantastic experience! Some familiar themes from standard escape rooms, but with a brilliant outdoor twist, and great originality across many of the puzzles. Johannes our host was helpfulness personified, and helped make it a fantastic hour. We completed the low ropes challenge at medium difficulty in 55 mins 40 seconds, as a family of 2 adults 2 children. Thoroughly recommended. Even the car drive there and back added to the escape room experience!!! (Tip - don’t attempt to pull off the road!)

Really great fun for all members of our family and it was nice to have an escape room outside, great design with lovely staff! We had so much fun that we decided to go to the indoor escape room in the evening too which was really cleverly designed too, tailored at a level fit for our girls! Thanks Ben and team!

This was our 1st experience of an escape room. We did the medium level because you get a choice of easy - medium - hard.The host Ben was lovely and on hand to give clues if needed. We escaped in 54 minutes and really enjoyed it.Definitely going back next year because Ben told us the theme will be changed.

We visited today with three adults and five children aged 4,8,10,10&12. So many clever puzzles to solve and brilliant to watch the kids having to work together to figure everything out. Something for everyone. Everything is handmade and unique, not like the more commercial escape room we’d done before, a great experience. Thanks Ben!
