I purchased a car from Scott just over 2 months ago. What can I say other than these guys go over and above brilliant service. I waited this long to put a review on just in case I had to use the warranty which I did and they dealt with the issue swiftly and without any hassle. Brilliant service start to finish. Thank you.

Excellent service throughout.Rang about a car they had for sale, arrived to take a look and we were shown the car, given a quick overview and then left to look around it and they answered any questions we had. No pressure sales at all and felt very comfortable.As we liked the car we went into the office and were handed the previous receipts and service book to look at at our leisure. We left a deposit and agreed they'd phone us once the car was ready.Picked the car up once it was ready and paid the balance. Got the car back and had a minor query that was dealt with very quickly.Excellent customer service with no pressure selling.

Couldn't fault Malyon Jones Cars. Buying the car was hassle free. Allowed as much time as you like with no sales push whatsoever to get you to buy it. The little bits we highlighted had all been taken care of when we picked the car up and I seriously doubt you could buy a second hand car that would be better presented when you pick it up. Even the slightest details had been taken care of. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy a car from them again.

My son bought a car from Malyon Jones Ashby in April after being recommended by a friend and reading reviews. The car came with 3 months warranty even though it was 10 years old which not all garages offer. After 2 months the car coolant fan stopped working and my son had to get the car repaired at a garage near where he lives in London. I spoke to Ian about this and he told me to send them the invoice and he reimbursed the money for parts and labour. They couldn’t have been more honest and helpful and I would definitely use this garage again

I bought a car recently and was very happy with the service. The staff were polite and recontacted me when they aid they would. The price was reasonable and extra work was carried out as part of the deal. The car is working great and I have no issues. As and when the time comes for another car I’ll definitely be checking out their stock as a first point of call and would recommend to others.

Bought my son his first car (Corsa) from Malyon Jones. Very pleased with the service, cant do enough for you, would definitely recommend. My son is well chuffed with his new car.

I grew up in a garage environment, my father being the most knowledgeable mechanic, teaching me many things about the motoring industry. Forty some years later and I find myself at Malyon Jones purchasing a vehicle, having travelled nearly a hundred miles to do so. Their staff are wonderfully honest and the garage reflects this in its openness and accessibility. The vehicle I purchased is an older car however it was immaculately presented both inside and out and the one minor niggle I identified was dealt with efficiently and professionally in time for my collection. It has to be said that this garage and its staff put a personal touch into their work that is sadly seldom seen in today's world. I am delighted with my car. I am delighted with Malyon Jones thoroughly and I am prepared to recommend them whole heartedly in the exact same way as I would do my own father. Thank you very much Ian and Scott and the lads.

I bought a vehicle from here about a month ago. Ian and his team were friendly, polite and professional throughout and went out of their way to ensure they sold me a vehicle that didn't cause any trouble after sale.There were a couple of small things that I noticed on the test drive but they made sure these were rectified along with a full service and MOT before I picked it. There was even a small plastic bracket missing from the boot cover (cosmetic) that I hadn't mentioned and I later noticed that they'd repaired even this.Though I didn't expect anything less, it's also always a plus, when as a female in her early 30s you walk into a place like this, and you're spoken to like an adult and with respect. First time visiting here and would recommend!

Sorry but totally let down by this garage today. Despite giving the garage plenty of time to prepare our new car and being reasured there were no issues with it. When we arrived and took it for a short test drive, (4 miles) 3 main faults found, engine management light, air polution sensor and no air con working!!! We drove over 200 miles to buy this car! Not acceptable at all!
