I cannot thank Richard enough for the care and attention; he gave to our dog when the traditional vets were recommending intense operation. His treatment saw our dog moving in days. She is now totally well with non recurrence of symptoms. I will highly recommend Richard and his polite and customer focus team at Potters Bar

My Boxer was suffering terribly from skin allergies, he has been on the remedies that Richard suggested for about 6 months now and the transformation is amazing, we still have a way to go but he is so much better than he was. I can’t thank Richard enough both him and his team are so helpful and understanding, always ready to listen to any concerns that may arise and answer and questions and happy to give advice.
