Ceri was amazing at giving me the best prompt, accurate and helpful advice through the whole process. She was there whenever I had a question or query. She was able to support me throughout. She was very kind and a great listener also. She gave me the best tips and advice throughout. I could not recommend her enough. Ceri was able to arrange a barrister for me and did great at finding me one that fitted best for me. Ceri made a very stressful situation a lot better and I would not have been able to do court proceedings without her.

Rude and unresponsive. All they want is money on deposit with no work carried out. I feel very let down in my time of need, especially when Richard promised a professional service and all I got was lies and false promises.

I cannot recommend First Line Family Law enough, Ceri was amazing throughout the proceedings first telling me the process and costs which she was very transparent with. Then keeping me up to date with progress, Costs to date, being there on the end of the phone when things became stressful including out of hours/evenings to accommodate my work commitments. Professional service with a personal touch.The service provided by Richard Davies of First Line Family Law was exceptional. The guidance and advice provided were relevant and timely. There was a good level of communication throughout, with each stage of the proceedings being clearly explained. I was kept informed of fees payable, which were reasonable and competitive. Richard was able to manage my expectations, provide impartial and sound legal advice. The matter was resolved with the best possible outcome. Very pleased with the service I received from the firm.

It is absolutely a waste of my first consultation fee, if you do not plan to help in a way please do not seduce clients to get in touch with half fee of first consultation, you should do the first one for free or charge full price but with a good service, and agreed to do it face to face that’s why appointment was later than I want but before the appointment explained in email can only do online as the “other case commitment” is still in place. Very disappointed. Don’t know where those good reviews coming from.
