Reported a concern regarding an issue with the Parmesan delivered and advised to msg an 01642 number with a photo - obviously not worked. Called up again to explain and then told to send a picture on Facebook. Seemingly, disputing my findings. I order regularly and this is the first time I’ve had to complain and I get passed around like a fool.For this reason I won’t be returning in the future.

Food was beautiful and service was fast, was a bit quiet as it is a takeaway as well as a restaurant but overall would eat here again.

Great parmo. But it's not set up to be a sit in restaurant yet. They advertise parking and baby changing area. They don't have any toilets. When ask to use the toilet I was told they don't have any because they are under a certain amount of seats. Salad and drinks were severe in takeaway containers and the tables were sticky. Up on asking for lamb I was told they don't do lamb yet my next question was if we could have a leg of chicken as a meal and was told no it's only possible to have a half chicken or a full chciken. The staff didn't seem trained to be working front of house. It's a take away with seats. Had for drinks with the meal as the staff really didn't seem used dealing with people that wanted to sit in. Looks like they also have the unit next door hopefully the will open a fully equipped restaurant there. I will try again

Great atmosphere and lovely helpful staff who seem to understand the menu well as they were very helpful. Can't fault the food at all it is always delicious, will definitely be a regular.

Horrible food. Ordered 3 meals for delivery and specifically asked for mild spice for all. Food came extra extra spicy couldn’t even taste the chicken it was just chilli. I called up and the staff were just rude on phone. Never ordering from there again.

Lovely deco and seating area,warm and friendly staff. Unfortunately the food did not meet my usual expectations. we regularly used to vist the first branch and loved the food aswell as my kids, we ordered and food which came fairly quick , the breadcrumbs on my chicken Parmesan was over cooked ,there should be an option for customers to choose if they wouldLike their parmo well done etc,there was not many chips to go with the food, if they spend less money on fancy rocket salad (which no one eats) and more on chips would be much better.
