Horrible manager rude and hostile is the only way to describe her....left a cap there and despite being assured over the phone it was there I was told by a member of staff that she had binned it ...will never eat there again

Fantastic customer service from Wladek and Brandon.. extremely impressed. Very chatty/smiley while still remaining professional. A fantastic asset to the company - Subway is lucky to have them.

Lovely place, lovely food, lovely stuff.As usually i have got here veggie delight sandwich. Very tasty. My recommendation.If you come and they do not have ready bread (happend very seldom), you can ask make you sandwiche on gluten free bread.Plus:-Good location.-Vegetarian food.-Available tasty sauces. The best for me chipotle southwest (sauces not healthy).-Now always. With every footlong sandwiche, hot drink for free (you are use subway points).-You can collect subway points for free sandwiches.- Available clean toilet.Mines:-Not tasty coffee latte. 3 or 4 months ago, they something change, and now taste is awfull. Without sugar, not possible drink.-Time to time grill not clean, so before add fresh vegetables, you need check your sandwiche, because on top can be large pieces of soot.

Very Rude Manager(Monika) and staff. Don’t even have a patience. They didn’t even know how to talk with the customer. Manager was shouting on us for their mistake. I ordered garlic cheese bite. They got new staff and they did a mistake. They didn’t put the garlic oil on it and I ordered salad box with warmed chicken on it. The guy who made the sandwich he didn’t warmed up. So i asked for it. Then the manager came to me and asked for the remake. Again he made the wrong and i asked for it. Then the Manager(Monika) put garlic sauce on it. Then the manager started shouting on us like, you people are disgusting and cheap like that.Don’t recommend this again. We came for holiday. Total ruined our day with this nonsense.

Anyone who has seen my reviews, knows I don't dish out high stars.I had a plant based patty in a wholemeal sub. I'll be honest, I had mixed expectations.But wow it was soooo good. Warm toasted bread, sizzled patty, melted cheese. Loads of fresh salad.I actually preferred this to many restaurant meals.. Maybe that says more about me but it was great.I'd never been before so I needed the chef to lead me through the steps but was super helpful.

My recent visit to the Subway at Eastgate was nothing short of a disaster, thanks to the utterly incompetent and rude store manager, Monica(if she gave her real name!). It's astonishing how someone so inept and indifferent managed to land a managerial position.Monica's lack of basic customer service skills is astounding. From the moment I entered, it was clear that she couldn't care less about the customers. When I dared to voice a concern about my subpar sandwich, she responded with an attitude that screamed, I don't give a damn."The entire store atmosphere was poisoned by Monica's terrible management. Her apparent inability to lead resulted in a team of disheartened and stressed employees
