Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Daventry

Absolutely great service from start to finish! Car was well presented, but the most impressive aspect has been the staff. All contact with them was extremely efficient and very friendly. Thanks to each of you for a fantastic service. Highly recommend.

My car insurance company arranged a hire car for me from Enterprise, Daventry.The '21 reg Corsa was clean, tidy, reliable & a pleasure to drive for the 3 1/2 weeks I had use of it.Good customer service from the friendly & helpful staff in the Daventry branch.

Enterprise's service fell short of my expectations. Despite requesting an automatic car in advance, I was given a manual one. The collection was also a mess, with a delay and confusion over the car. To add to the frustration, they offered me a free upgrade for my latest booking but later went back on their word, Not the smoothest experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Really great customer service from the team! Jess was so friendly and kept us in the loop. The first car we had on hire was a little too small for us and as soon as a bigger car came in Jess called us to arrange a drop off. Always friendly and polite and went above and beyond!

Really helpful and attentive team, I had an issue they really did their best to solve it, and followed up.Let down due to enterprises website, and a shortage of technical knowledge on lcv operators requirements. ( If you book a van for a specific job due to payload or dimensions there is no way to guarantee it.)

Once we found Enterprise, the staff were extremely helpful and sorry that they were so hard to find.

We have just had the worst experience with this branch. They had 5 days notice of my booking, so I arranged a taxi to pick me up and take me there to collect the car. As the taxi pulls up, 10 mins before my booking starts, they phoned to say there was no car. Had they phoned the night before(as they would have known) I could have cancelled my appointments (I have a medical company with pre booked appointments months ahead). They got a car to me eventually after having to cancel a number of appointments, paying for a taxi I didn't use and then annoying patients as I had to cancel last minute.Today took the biscuit. They phoned me up around 2pm saying they needed the car back that day as the insurance had off hired it (Despite the paperwork showing it was hired until the 13th). I was fully booked in clinic until 6pm. I explained my partner would drop the car back and I'd arrange for a taxi to pick her up and take her home. The staff member said no need, he will take her home for me. She dropped the car off in the middle of an industrial estate and was told he couldn't take her after all and laughed about what bad service it was and not to put it on Google! She phoned in tears as she has mobility issues and can't walk very far without extreme pain. I tried to get her a taxi and as it was such short notice I wasn't able. She managed to walk home. It took her over an hour to walk what would be a 6 minute drive! It's a tough industrial estate and she didn't feel safe at all as a young female on her own! She's been in agony and floods of tears since I got back. That service from your branch was an absolute joke!

Excellent service so far. Pick service was great and the driver was very helpful holing my 1 yr old while i installed the car seat in the pick up and then in the actual hire care. Every step was easy and stressfree
