only wanted prices and some advice on my current phone as i was due for an upgrade from ee , was told to sit down as the store was busy and someone would be with me . waited nearly 15 minutes and when a member of staff interrogated me , they vanished for another 10 minutes to find prices and came back with 2 extra products i didnt need with silly monthly costs . i said no thanks but still needed advice and the lad didnt want to know ;went to the l1 store instead and they were brilliant and chatty and came out with a lower monthly bill compared to what i had with ee . if you like youre time wasted go to this store

Truly awful store, my partner was forced into signing a 24 month broadband contract when we wanted just to try it out, and when we returned it on the same date next month they pretended that we had to pay the full 2 years break fee to stop it. Also lied, saying that they had given her a copy of the contract (they didn't), we would have received a letter (none arrived) and an email with the details (they didn't have an email address), and that we had to ring customer service to fix it (who told us that the store was well within their power to), on top of generally being treated poorly (left in the store for 10+ minutes with no service). Looking in the reviews it seems this is a common practice for the staff here, which is pretty shocking that it is allowed to continue for so long. Never visiting again and you shouldn't either!

I was looking forward to my phone upgrade however the woman who was dealing with me wasn't very enthusiastic.I didn't feel confident she was providing me with the best deal for the next 2 years, and it came across like I was getting whatever the shop had left. Not sure if this is down to the store or external issues but I walked out and changed my provider.Contracts are getting more expensive for not the best phone, not sure what reasons they're trying to scam us all out of money but it's not sustainable.

I registered 4 month ago with a contract and the customer assistant told me u can definitely change your contract to the one with phone, and monthly payments but now they said it’s still isn’t possible and there is no way to cancel my contract without fines. I think they just want to convince people to sign contract and after that they leave u by your own.

Can't thank the lad enough jake I seen yesterday he took time to b very helpful I've with three for many yrs never really had n issue with them whether it be in store or phone regarding help with my account, I had my phone stolen on Fri with all my details on so went in store to try get a sim n a new phone he got my new phone up n working got the same phone number anyway long story but ye can't thank him enough for his help n time he put into helping me

There was a blond tall female employee that treated me terrible. I went to the shop because my phone signal was not working and the lady could not explain to me why was this happening. She just wanted me to upgrade to another plan. When I told her I could not pay the extra money she literally left my phone on her desk (did not gave it to me), said 'Thank you, bye' and left the spot without me being able to reply. Whereas the store on John St was very helpful and nice. The Church st. store for sure needs to hire staff that are nice and understanding with clients at least!!

This place is truely outrageous and real scam. I checked they're other people being cheated too. And the shop manager is evil in trying to put all the responsibility onto the customers. Curse this place, stay away

Very happy with my experience yesterday, think the Aussie woman’s name was Courtney usual in the Liverpool one store but glad she was there, very friendly, got me the best deal for what I wanted, full transparency throughout and made the process of switching from the old system to new very pleasant. Had a good laugh with her.
