Lord Sefton Dog Boarding Kennels and Pet taxi service

My 2 year old Cockapoo has never been away from us before, so we were a bit concerned.Loki loved it at the kennels for the 10 or so days he was there.Definitely using Lord Sefton Boarding Kennels in the future!

I am a little late with my review due to an illness, but I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Very smooth and easy to work with delivery was great and kitten was very happy I would definitely use again. Delivered all the way to Barmouth Mid Wales!!

Excellent experience dealing with Lord Sefton Kennel and Terry!Highly recommended...We were relocating from Bucharest to Aberdeen so we've sent our dog with a pet (land) transportation company. This company wasn't taking pets any further than Liverpool / Manchester / Leeds, so we've approached this Kennel to welcome and accommodate our dog for a couple of days. Luckily they also provide pet taxi services, and they have brought our pet to Aberdeen few days later.Thank you very much! It was a pleasure to deal with.All the best!

Left my 5 dogs at these kennels for 16 days, well looked after, they even brought them home for me, would highly recommend as i have booked for 18 days next year.

Brilliant kennels. My Husky Winter loves going here and seeing all the guys there and they love having her just as much. Makes it so much easier leaving her, knowing she is somewhere with people she loves

Please read before considering this kennels!I dropped my dog off at this kennels and within the same hour I went back to get him because I was sick with worry at how my dog reacted when he seen a certain member of staff.The man who owns the kennels leaves it to be ran by young boys, one of which seems particularly ‘off’ and I don’t know what he ever did to my dog but my dog was TERRIFIED of him, cowering. It was absolutely heartbreaking.I haven’t used this kennels in over a year, so whatever went on, my dog remembered this individual (for not a good reason) a year later which is absolutely sickening.When I went to pick my dog up, I spoke with the owner and explained the situation. His reply was “was it the tall lad” I replied “yes” and he then followed with “he is abit odd him” .. I asked “if you find him odd why on Earth do you have him working here”Completely irresponsible behaviour to which I will be reporting to the relevant authorities.

Our dogs Merle and Samba love it here. they get plenty of exercise and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The kennels are kept very clean and tidy :-)

My 3 dogs have been boarded here several times and I have no complaints at all. My dogs are happy going there and look happy when I collect them. Staff are friendly and know how to manage my dogs. Highly recommend.

Our dogs have stayed here twice now and have been well looked after each time. They went straight in on their 2nd visit wagging their tails, signs of happy memories. Would highly recommend this kennels due to its friendly staff, very clean spaces for dogs and also reasonable prices.

My Labrador stayed here for 16 days while we were away. He’s just turned 1 and he’s my baby, I’ve never left him for more than a few hours so I was really worried about it. He was picked up and the man was really nice, gave my dog lots of attention and you could tell he really like dogs which made me feel a lot better. I checked in with them a couple of times just to see how my dog was doing and they would reply back really fast. So that was amazing to know I could check in any time. On the day we got home we got a phone call to let us know they were on the way and he was brought back to us. My dog was so happy to see us but was still running back to the men for a stroke! So I knew he must have had a good time and had been well looked after. He came back really happy and his normal crazy self which was a relief! I will be 100% using them again, made up I’ve found people I trust with my dog. So thank you so much! Also the prices are amazing, I was shocked by how cheap it was. We have a new regular dog sitter now haha!
