I enjoyed visiting Simon with my iPad problems. He was very friendly and professional and explained things in a simple manner. Nothing was too much trouble.He also did a home visit as I had problems with my printer. I would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Simon and his company Makeiteasy 4U for anyone needing help with their ipad or iphone. He has a very sympathetic approach to his customers and is very very patient despite being asked the same question numerous times! He is very approachable and will investigate and give you advice when wanting to purchase new products too before you buy them from apple. Simon carried out a project to replace a 13yr old Windows XP system with an up to date Windows 10 system. From initially understanding my needs, advising on hardware and software options, commissioning the hardware and software and transferring data across to the new system and then tutoring me in the operation of it all, Simon was most willing and helpful and I couldn't have done it without him. At the end of it all, I am very happy with the outcome and can thoroughly recommend him for any similar project.

Simon is a very knowledgeable, capable IT person. Above all else he has loads of patience explaining things over & over if necessary as he converted me from Microsoft 10 to Apple/Macbook procedure and also getting our iPad & telephone fully synchronised. In addition he has set up a multi-computer centralised home database (accessible for all our computers) in a relatively short space of time.I feel really confident with Simon and he is excellent value for home IT support. I wish him & his business success. We need people like him to help us make better use of our computers & systems.

I had used an ipad at a basic level for some time,but never really got the best out of the tablet.Simon patiently and clearly showed me more of what is available enabling me to unlock some of that potential.Nothing was too much trouble and he took time to make certain I understood each step before moving on.Even when he came across a challenge ,his tenacity to find a solution was impressive. Would use him again and more than happy to recommend him should you have a particular problem with your knowledge of IT .
