Called and pre paid. Left me waiting 2 hours past when they should have been there, in -4.5 temps. Never called me. I had to call them multiple times. Then finally told me at 3pm they wernt gonna get to me that day anyway leaving me 50 miles from home and not enough time to sort another option. Totally unacceptable.
