Rolex Boutique - Lunn's Jewellers

Had been considering buying my husband a Rolex for his birthday and was delighted to hear that Lunn's had opened a Rolex boutique in Belfast. From the moment I began my enquiries, James was extremely helpful and may I add patient. He spent time sourcing various watches I had in mind and keeping me informed. I managed to keep the purchase a surprise and brought my husband into the Rolex store on his birthday where a private room had been set up for us with a glass of champagne each and the watch was presented to my husband. A lovey touch. Highly recommend a visit to the new store, customer service excellent .....Many thanks for making a special day even more special.

I visited the Lunn’s Rolex store on the 15th December with an unlimited budget to buy a Christmas gift. From the moment I walked in I felt as if the salesman was not interested to make a sale. I had to repeatedly ask questions and could I be shown what was available to me. It was as if his attitude was Rolex sells itself and I don’t have to bother. I fully understood that Rolex stores have limited stock at this time especially at Christmas. The salesman was not helpful at all. I had to show the Rolex my daughter was wearing and asked for options that were similar to hers, either in the shop or to order. Even then the lack of help and cooperation was frustrating. I was the one who had to be proactive. Eventually I did buy a watch but I won’t be going there again as the whole experience left me feeling disappointed. Saying that, I got superb service from Emma S. at Lunn’s Jewelry next door. She made me feel very welcome and was helpful regarding purchasing a gift.

Always an excellent experience. From my first enquiry in the Rolex store, I have always had excellent service and back up form Peter. A pleasure to do business with, helpful, knowledgeable and honest in managing my expectations. Could not fault the guys at all. I will always return whenever purchasing, a rare and delightful experience in Belfast.

From moment you walk into the store you are immersed into a professional and welcoming environment. The team are curious to learn about you as a customer and to support you through the sourcing and purchasing process. Everyone you meet in the store are passionate about Rolex and when you make the purchase it really is a special and memorable time.

Having just purchased a luxury watch from Lunns, I visited the Rolex Boutique at short notice. All the staff at the boutique made me feel welcome and James Simpson could not have been more of a gentleman. James made time in his schedule to come and talk with me, and to show me one of the models of interest.
