Heather at the store was attentive, helpful and friendly. I bought a watch, which was not her strength of knowledge, but she strived to help and find answers for my questions. A very positive experience and I would not hesitate to go back.

Bought 2 watches nearly a month ago, called back in to see if the watch could be adjusted and kerry and jaime again were absolutely fantastic. I took my little boy with me and they even went to the extent to give him a Teddy. Thank you both so much for sorting it out and the gift

Went to York outlet and had a very bad experience, so we decided to try castleford and what can I say, Simon was absolutely amazing, from start to finish we found our forever wedding rings with the help from Simon. We honestly can’t thank him enough for his hard work, we really appreciate it. Again thank you so much.

Kerry at the j32 store has been brilliant from start to finish. She was very informative and gave me all of the options available. Viewed a wedding ring in store and ordered my size in to try on. Ring arrived in store within a couple of days and I received confirmation it had arrived. I am very pleased with my new ring, it matches my engagement ring perfectly.Kerry is a credit to the company :)

Nice little jewellers. They have a great watch section and really great prices. Many come without boxes, but the prices are unbeatable. Helpful friendly staff.

Fantastic service and help received.Popped in to see if the stocked a certain ring, they didn’t but Simon ordered it into store.Popped back to try the ring with my engagement band and Simon served me again, very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use the outlet store again in future. Thanks
