honestly the nicest work staff I've ever met... back in London you haven't got very nice staff, Dan who works in st Austell, very polite, told me everything about my phone very experienced, would definitely by my technology there with the service I got. Very pleased

Very helpful staff with lots of the top games in across all consoles. They even have second hand games, so many to choose from too. They also have a good rewards system in place.

Poor experience, the phones they have in the window are overpriced. The staff are only farily knowledgeable and don't know a great deal, and the trade in prices are stupid. I'd rather buy off Amazon or something.

My son had a game card for Christmas so off we went to spend it.The staff in game are very helpful in helping you decide what game to choose if your a complete novice like myself .my son has additional needs so games that require online play are no good for him , and most games he likes are online play, so I found out .They are very helpful in providing information to help you choose the best game .They seem to know everything!! Great shop!!! Would highly recommend a visit .prices not to bad .they are competitive with their prices on the new releases.

My experiences here have been very mixed to the point I never know what I'm going into. The staff are either so outstanding I want to return or so rude I would rather shop on Amazon.The good thing is though that they are probably the better game shop for recent titles in the town. Expensive but you CAN try and haggle them down, I do recommend doing this. Overall though I'd say just order online as they don't offer too much you can't get cheaper there, even in their own online store.

Tried to return a faulty product got there at 11:40 waiting for them to open at 12 (Sunday hours) and then as I was waiting by the door to come in at 12 soemone inside came to the door and put a sign on saying opening in 10 more minutes sorry for and inconvenience and an hour later didnt get my refund as they said they don't have the capability at the moment to test my product and that I should just post it instead even tho it says online that returns are handled in store so I wasted an hour and a half waiting around and 2+ hours worth of car journey and money for parking just to post it from home anyway and the number that comes back on Google isn't even there number I tried to ring prior but had no luck so thats why I drove to the store.

Never had any of the trainers we went in for in the size we needed and no tops to fit my husband. So no sale today had to go home and order online.

Awesome little store, really helpful and polite staff. Able to provide a top quality service, and goods, when others could not. Definitely recommend this place. Five stars all day long.

Clean store, efficient staff (when the staff member didn't know what to do he spoke to his boss).My only minor criticism was that the staff member didn't add my points onto my card. On the whole very happy with the service I received.
