Spoke to a lovely guy at the supplies side, I didn’t get to get his name, but I was panicking about water coming through under my sink after my washing machine was removed for moving.He listened to me patiently and helped me find something that could work. Nothing was too much trouble even though he just came out with a cup of coffee for himself.You don’t get many people that are patient and kind much in the world anymore.Thank you for taking time to help a clueless customer. I would certainly be back and be recommending others too. :)

I went to this company as I was struggling to find the bath I wanted from the top name shops. The service received from Chris was fantastic. Not only did he find the bath I wanted he explained in detail the pros of the particular bath I wanted. I also purchased the bath panel and shower screen from Glowquest. The communication from ordering to delivery was excellent. A company who prides themselves on customer service.

Great discovery. Just what I like in a shop/showroom, we were left to have a wander and a browse, nothing pushy, no pressure, then when we had questions etc. the guy there was on hand to help. We had gone there to get ourselves out of a last minute problem and Glowquest were very helpful, both in the showroom and at the parts store.
