If I could give this place 0 star rating I would we orded food to be sat waiting for it the delivery driver didn't even ring our buzzer just left our food out on the door step in the freezing cold for us to the phone the takeaway to find out where our food was as the delivery time was over for the shop to not answer the phone I then went to the main door of the flats to see the food on the flood stone cold freezing so we went to the shop to take the food back and it was all in darkness! Absolutely disgusting. WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

The pizza may as well of just been a skimpyCheese toastie there was next to no base sauce which was disappointing and to top it off the chicken kebab was the chewiest most disgusting chicken I’ve had in my life plus it came in the pitta? Also barely any sauce again

ordered from here thinkin that there would be chips with my burger as normal with other takeaways but disapointed when it was just the burger you need an option on just eat if you want it with chips or not so its not deceiving.

Ordered a delivery via just eat that was accepted and paid £17.00 on card. Waited 45mins for the food not to turn up but had a call off just eat to say the order has now been cancelled as the drive has gone home. Money been taken out of my account and have been advised that it will take 10-15 day to show back into my account. Prestige did not even call me direct to let me know.

Ordered about three quarters in of an hour before hand on Just Eat because I knew I'd be passing by at certain point.Prestige Kebab House has received your order and it’ll be ready to collect at 18:50".Perfect

Food tastes nice, looked freshly cooked really hot, but not worth the long delivery time.Ordered on line with a given delivery time of an hour delivery time which was ok but it was over an hour late arriving so 2 hour wait for food. Not acceptable! If had been informed of this on ordering would not have bothered. Delivery driver very apologetic but for food to arrive that late is unacceptable. I would collect instead of ordering delivery.

Ordered Chicken kebab and lamb shish, but been told that theres no lamb, so in exhange, they replace it with kofte. When the kebab arrived, the Kofte smells very bad. The shop collected it back and said that that is how the meat smell. The bad part was, JUST EAT believes that this is due to their spices and recipes. So my money is gone…

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Over an hour . I was asleep ! 30min late. Forgivable if the food was nice. Sadly it was the worst kebab I'd ever tasted. 90% went in the bin. Oh and a fly flew out of the salad. Now I feel sick

Delivery took over an hour to get here, then curry sauce ordered had exploded. Food was okay. Also worth noting the driver didn't really pay attention or look at me as if they had then they would have seen the tip that was in my hands. Love helping local businesses- Other better local takeaways.

Me and my partner have just been into your kebab house and we are shocked to how we have been served, they tried to charge us more than what your menu states, the staff rudely said that they are the 'old' prices but yet when I have looked on your website they have still over charged us, they charged us £7.50 for a 9 inch margarita pizza where your website clearly states that it is £6.50 and when we questioned it, the man who was working the morning of Sunday the 19th of March 2023 was verbally abusive to us and said we were banned completely at the kebab house just for stating the fact that he was in fact wrong with his pricing and that he is trying to take advantage of people who have had a couple of drinks whilst enjoying themselves in town, we acknowledge that the price difference isn't a big gap but the fact that he is taking advantage of people who have had a drink is disgusting, we dread to think how much he has been charging people throughout the night just because they are drunk, just for the reference the menu said it was £5.50 with a sign that said they had gone up by 20% which would make it £6.60 (which is still more than what your website states) not the £7.50 that they eventually charged us. We will for sure be telling everyone that we know to avoid this kebab shop as they charge more than the menu states so that they can pocket the extra money.
