The medical team who came out were just wonderful. Calm, professional yet very easy going. If we ever need an ambulance in the future I’ll be calling EAMC. Highly recommended.

So pleased with the transfer of my elderly father with dementia from Suffolk to Dorset . A long journey for my father but an even longer journey here and back for the crew who were amazing. They kept him so calm and relaxed that he slept for most of the journey. Can't thank them enough.

A huge thank you to Dale for being extremely helpful and efficient in sorting out an ambulance at very short notice to take my Father to an emergency appointment at the NNUH. My experience with EAMC was excellent and reassuring at a very stressful time, I would without hesitation use them again and recommend their service to others.

We were very impressed by this service. The staff were so kind and reassuring. They did everything they could to help us, including helping my injured husband into and out of the ambulance. They didn't leave us until they made sure that we were securely established at home.

Patrick and his team were absolutely brilliant. They stepped up big time helping my obese disabled son by transporting him to his new home when all others I contacted refused to help because of his size! My son was at ease with these strangers through the whole process and welcomed the input from his physio therapist. In short they made the journey into a happy stress free beginning to the next stage to his independence. We can't thank you enough. We highly recommend you all!!
