Don't use this guys, I will be reporting them. I have placed an ordr with them on the 1st April, no joke. The order has not even be process yet. When I asked them to re-fund me, I never got an answer back nor was the refund processed. Shameful! Ah yes, the order is HD00001692. I expect a refund by the end of the week. Unless you want to be reported for unsound business practices - eg. robbing people.

Definitely believe the reviews you read here. I didn't see any of these before ordering and my items arrived which was fine. The shin pads I ordered didn't fit at all so I returned them with communication from the shop to tell me how to do this (with quick responses). I returned the item, they confirmed they received it and that the refund would be processed.The refund didn't get processed within the 10 days they said it could take. I chased it up and got a reply saying it would be made a priority and done immediately.It still didn't get done, then my emails were ignored.This happened around 3 months ago now! I still have not got my refund after calling and speaking to someone who assured me it would be done, then emailed to confirm it had actually been done.After shopping online for probably around 15 years, this is genuinely the first time I have ever come across such a terrible shop / buying experience online. Even Ebay sellers are better than this.

Absolutely awful. The one star is being generous as I can’t leave a zero. Ordered items that were “in stock” according to web page. No dispatch email or any communication. 2 of the 3 items arrived with no explanation as to where the other item was. After sending an email, I got a response 2 days later saying item was 33 days away. Took an alternative item that was supposed to be issued within 3 days. After 4 days, I emailed to complain and was assured item would arrive within 48 hours. 72 hours later, I demanded a refund...which was ignored. The item finally arrived this morning 10 days after promised. Avoid this company at all costs. They clearly don’t care about customer service in the slightest. I’m absolutely disgusted by how poor they are. Doesn’t look like I am the only individual that has been treated appallingly after they took my money.

Sent faulty items twice. First time had to fight to get an exchange, as they blamed me for damage. Replacement also faulty but can't be bothered to argue again so repaired them. Won't ever use them again. I understand faulty items sometimes get sent out but their customer service is appalling!

Ordered Kit....7 Days later I enquired on whereabouts of items, after all, payment had been withdrawn from my account on purchase. Apparently 2 of the items were out of stock... Nice to be eventually informed (Had shown in stock on website). They didn't bother dispatching the other item in the meantime. On a positive note, the staff I spoke with were pleasant.

absolute worst customer service. Chose not to inform the order was delayed because they didn’t actually have the stock they had advertised. Then only when chased, 100% confirmed delivery for Saturday which was clearly a lie and then not willing to offer any help or solution when delivery moved to Monday meaning order will arrive too late to be used. Never again.

My experience of hockeydirect was not as bad as all the others here. Admittedly I first ordered a pair of astros, they took payment the next day, then I never heard anything more for 2 weeks. When I emailed them they told me they weren't going to be in stock for at least another month. A bad start, although by then I'd also ordered a load of shinpads and other stuff. I read the reviews and was worried.However, although their customer services are very slow to respond, eventually I have had all the kit I needed and they have correctly refunded me for everything that I returned.Also, I visited them in person to buy a new stick and the chap I dealt with was really nice and helpful.

Beware - Awful, sent wrong hockey stick. Took ages to send replacement, which again was wrong hockey stick. Shocking service. Will never use again.

Visited in person, as the website suggested that the premises was open for visits.I had expected a showroom, but found a stockroom instead: not a criticism, but it would have been helpful to have been warned what to expect.Staff were courteous and helpful, but it was difficult to find the stock items we were interested in, and it turned out an item viewed on the website earlier in the day had been sold online.

No issues what do ever. Arrived fast and at a fair price. Haven't had to deal with their customer services but my experience so far has been faultless.
