etting my car serviced at Car shop in Norwich all the time, the prices are very low, the job guys are doing is brilliant, specially getting amazing service from service department adviser NATASHA. Always polite with a smile on her face, she knows me very well and she knows what shes doing. Wouldn't go anywhere else as that is my number one. Getting offered coffee while waiting all the time. Thank you guys so so much,one more time Natasha.x

After numerous issues with my new vehicle, which I have to add have been dealt with in a somewhat professional manner ,previously.I cannot but credit Craig, call yesterday, fixed today . My expirence had been tainted somewhat but this gentleman has stepped up and carried himself . Michelle who I spoke to earlier ( ps I never phone to award ) was greatin the way I finally have been dealt with , he's a credit to your company ,thanks Craig!

Took my car in for 2 new front tyres. The mechanic Christian was a friendly, professional and service with a smile he did a fabulous job. Speedy replacement and balancing. Even wash my car wheels down afterwards. Happy to return.

Great service, I received a video from the carshop team showing me what needed doing to my car,it gave me peace of mind nowing what needed doing and when. I have had my car with carshop for 4 years and I have had an excellent service.

Once again I’m having to pay for CarShop’s shoddy service. Now only 8 months on I’m having a rather expensive, but avoidable issue.As you can see from the photo, my car was ‘supposedly’ serviced before sale at over 25,000 miles. Now my car being on only 30,000 miles, my spark plugs are so old they have overheated my coils causing a misfire in one of my cylinders.To me, this shows that CarShop did not change something so basic and cheap as spark plugs, now causing me to get a whole new coil pack for a 4 year old car which costs around £300. I’d like to reiterate that this expensive repair would have been avoidable if they had changed the spark plugs.So I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car from CarShop, not to, as they do not service their cars properly.

Absolutely astounding MOT and service. Never had an experience like it from any other garage with all the years I've been driving. Got a personalised video of the car and the main MOT points as well as what needed fixing and options to then click to authorise the repair. So easy and straightforward. Managed to work around my schedule and let me bring it in over an hour before it was scheduled in. As well as that, let me hire out a courtesy car despite not pre booking it. The ladies on the service reception were stars, so kind and helpful. To put the icing on the cake, came out and the car was clean !! Definitely recommend using the Car Shop Service Centre. See you next year :)

Its been 9 months on from buying a car from car shop. Theyve not only exploited my naivety but also cost me an additional £1200 in repairing the car they sold to me that was apparently in perfect working order. Ive had to replace the battery as the cell was dead in the one they sold me it with, ive had to replace the solenoid another issue due to them not servicing the car correctly and now an additional service cambelt has just had to be booked because this was not done before purchase and according to several garages feedback, research on my consumer rights and confirmation from a legal department this is not allowed. Ive made several efforts to receive its service history (never provided). Hayley in the call centre was useless and received terrible customer service. Have provided proof of all issues with the car and they want to charge me more money to just look at the car without providing any compensation, and the car would obviously come back fine as ive already had it fixed! Corrupt, Money Grabbers, Disgusting way to treat customers who wanted to purchase a secondary car but on this experience I will bad mouth car shop and make sure everyone avoids at all costs so this awful incident doesnt happen to anyone else! Save yourself £10,000 on a car thats now worth 1/3 of what you paid for it. I plan to spend the rest of my free time helping everyone avoid the same fate as me!

Excellent service from a great team for a fair price.Very helpful and keen to make sure your visit goes smoothly.I didn't buy my car from here, but would seriously consider it next time.The service center can't be faulted. Very knowledgeable and will make sure your car is running correctly. I use them for all my servicing and repairs for the family's cars.
