Overall good area to be in, lots of nice staff and great maintenance man joe is efficient and friendly. Rooms are nice but you get what you pay for, the more you pay the nicer the flat. The shared toilets are quite shabby and small. But apart from that it’s good for the price!

Only been here a few weeks but truly feel at home! Amazing value for money will definitely be booking to stay here for my next year of study!

When I arrived I had a few issues with my flat mates and storage space available within the kitchen. All the issues where quickly sorted by Wendy who has been fantastic this whole year. I cannot thank her enough! The staff are the ones who really make this accommodation great. They continuously go the extra mile especially Sarah, Wendy, Deedee and Yourself. I would recommend this accommodation to all students. The rooms all have a double bed the communal areas are always clean and the location of the place is fantastic.

This place is awesome! The rooms are spacious and not too strict with the decorations so it can feel homely:) I was in the Silver En-suite and the bathrooms are perfect for the rooms and don’t get in the way. The rooms are always clean too! The kitchens are extremely spacious and great for having Any sort of socials within reason. It’s a great place to meet new people and have friends for life:) The support is also great and easy to access. My favourite part of the accommodation has to be the on site staff though, they’re extremely knowledgeable and kind and will always go out of their way to be as helpful as they can!

Feels like home. The maintaince team is very responsive and always attends our concerns. Great place for students to live and near to city center.

whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have never left a review this negative and equally this honest.This accommodation is absolutely disgusting from every aspect, the amount of stairs is enough to dislocate anybodys knees and the service lift was out of use for most of the months I stayed here. The building always smelled foul and the bedrooms are that of a mental institution. The windows opened 2cm with useless blinds. The walls are so thin you can hear other students conversations. The kitchen was APPALLING condition, the gas never worked and we often had maggots and fly infestations due to the terrible conditions despite how much we cleaned. The shared bathrooms are smaller than a typical store cupboard with no ventilation and mould growing up the entire walls. The toilet would often not flush and the taps and shower would break every other month. The accommodation team are beyond incompetent and never even checked our flat despite the numerous complaints. I am Muslim so please take my account seriously when I say that wallahi al azeem, I have NEVER seen a worse accommodation than this. Please find somewhere else if you want your sanity. *NOT PAID REVIEW*
