Friendly staff. Food and drink are as expected. Not busy during day. Hate having to register name, address, phone number and date of birth just for WiFi. Why all those details?

Even when I have to recognize that a few months ago this place was clean and the staff were cleaning and keeping the place tidy, now in my last visit the place was filth, nobody had cleaned, there were dirty cups all over the tables, and the staff as everything was perfect. So in one hour I spent sitting there I didn't see any staff picking up the cups or cleaning the tables. The food looks old and dried. I noticed there were no many people and the coffee was terrible. Never as it was before.

Worst cafe Nero I’ve been. Please change the barista. I’ve asked for a flat white, she never asked if I’ll drink there or to go. She made it in a paper cup, I told her I’m taking in and she took the coffee and passed it to a cup. Disgusting

I got a crohn's disease, I entered the restaurant to use the toilet and grab the water…After approaching staff they asked me to buy something first as the code it is automatically generated by the till (locks have been mechanical…), I kindly explain that i need to use the toilet first as i am in big need however they refusedI waited 10min in the line to do a purchase and get the code that have been written by the manager on the back of the recipe…Before I left the restaurant with massive belly pain, I tried to explain the manager circumstance’s but he didn’t want to listen and was rude.I felt not understood and badly treated.Lastly I want to add that although it was 8am toilet was dirty with no toilet paper.I am not recommending this coffee shop.

Pleasant experience, staff we lovely and provided a good service with nice drinks and food, caffe was slightly busy as well which is always a good sign

Shocking. Absolutely filthy, stacks of dirty dishes everywhere, extremely slow service. Never have I gone into a cafe where they have to wash up a utensil in order to give it to me.

Other than the actual coffee (not Specialty) you can't fault them, nice space, friendly staff and good selection of foods and other drinks.

Has a relaxing and nice ambiance more so than other Caffè Nero’s in the area. The guy who served me was so friendly and smiley which is refreshing to see. The drinks are always good and priced well, and the food range is good for vegans too. Also the loyalty stamp card keeps me going back !

Why is there animal products in my vegan bag????? The staff is so unwelcoming they make you feel like you're some kind of intruder in the store. Never going back, just go to Pret or Starbucks in the area.
