Having used Peter Vardy previously(Vauxhall) i decided to try MG as my next Motability car. I was impressed on the cars overall selection, and i spoke with Derek Wood the Motability expert. Throughout my time in the showroom i was afforded plenty of time to look, ask questions and decide on my next car. What i liked was Dereks ability to assist me, offering his experience in the motor trade, while putting me at the front and centre of discussions. A job well done in my book :-)

Derek is a professional who possesses extensive knowledge in the area of his work. He is very patient and polite. He answered all my questions and helped me make a decision to buy a vehicle tailored to my needs. He has good knowledge of customer discovery and knows how to satisfy customer's needs.

He listened carefully to what I wanted from my new car and recommended a model which was absolutely perfect for me, tailored to both my preferences and needs. There was no over the top sales pitch and absolutely no pressure applied. Due to the worldwide delay in car manufacturing there may be a slightly longer wait time for my car to be available which I already knew was a possibility. In front of me, Derek tried everything he could, going above and beyond in an effort to shorten this time frame. A consummate professional, friendly, efficient and a complete pleasure to deal with.I would not hesitate to recommend Peter Vardy and in particular Derek Wood. Derek Wood made the experience so easy and simple, everything I needed to know was explained to me before I even asked about it. The process was much quicker than expected as most of the paperwork was done before I even arrived. I am super happy with the new car (MG4 SE LR) and overall it is the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Mark was very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. His knowledge of cars available helped us find the best replacement car for my daughter. He was happy to help with any questions, even the silly little ones. Would definitely recommend.
