Beautiful floral arrangements. Very helpful, friendly staff. I was organising funeral flowers to be delivered in Bo'ness from Aberdeen and the lady I spoke to on the phone actually contacted the funeral directors and organised for him to be at the restrooms when she delivered the flowers for me. Called to have flowers delivered to my mother, who lives 4.8 miles from the florist. Was told that it was probably 'too far' to delivery to her. Didn't bother checking if it was indeed too far, just let me go. Disappointed at lack of effort and interest.
