Rang for a full 5 minutes...nobody answered. Supposed to be main sorting office, so where are the staff. Have lost dozens of packages from ebay. Now most of them dont deliver to N.I. On another occasion I rang to speak to a member of staff regarding a parcel. I rang 78 times that day and was not answered once. Ridiculous and infuriating! When I went in to collect my parcel I was informed the person that is supposed to answer the phone must have been on a break, WHAT ALL DAY??

My parcel was returned to the sorting office, a card was left at my house with no number included so I could not book redelivery. Checking the times for the sorting office 8am to 10am. I start work at 8am- how am I expected to collect my parcel?

Very poor service with the courier services. Unprofessional and terrible. They just ignore to ring your bell and just drop a letter saying missed delivery. They should probably screen before hiring staff

Ridiculously reduced opening hours. One person dealing with collections and let a massive queue form while away looking for a lost parcel
