Domino's Pizza - Derry - Londonderry - Waterside

Quite disappointed by my order. The pizza was delivered smashed with the cheese and toppings stuck to the cardboard box. Horrible experience!

The dominoes Waterside, Derry is a shame the to dominoes name. A friend of mine ordered from this place receiving feathers on the chicken and was promised a refund that was never received(today being months later). Recently I have ordered and received completely different food compared to what I had ordered, although dominos continued to use the same packaging and sauce to convince me that I got what I ordered. Do Better.

Really disappointing, didn’t inform me of an item being sold out until after the food was delivered. Nachos were soggy and inedible, couldn’t even get a grip on one. For the price of this food it was completely unsatisfactory and unworthy.

Ordered food online at 9:20 I’m staying only 3/4 doors up from them so I put down for collection (and also because on the app it said it would be longer for delivery) , on the app it told me it was ready so myself and my boyfriend went to go get it. We got there and they told us it’ll be another minute or 2, which was fine whatever , a couple came in and they were in the same situation as myself. When the couple asked (after 10 minutes) how long more one of the servers told him “it’ll be another 10 minutes as we’ve to re cook your garlic bread. Bare in mind the delivery drivers were in and out with the orders. So then we asked about ours they said it’ll be another 10/15 minutes (this was just under an hour of us waiting) 2 of the ladies working there were absolutely horrible and cheeky and when the phone was ringing they ignored it. The language coming from behind the counter was ridiculous.So after an hour my boyfriend went up and said we’re sick of it so they then apologised and offered us a refund but they’ll still give us our food AND to deliver it to our door… an hour and 40 minutes went by and no sign of them so myself and my boyfriend walked down and one of the lads working there couldn’t believe that we still didn’t get our food.. and once again we got told it’ll be another few seconds.We then eventually got our food.But no I will never ever be ordering from there ever again , between the situation with the food and the rudeness from the staff it’s a disgrace I honestly don’t know how the place is still open.

Disgraceful service I ordered £40 pounds worth of food they got it wrong rung to get right and they said they would send it out ASAP did not deliver it my wee boy had a meltdown I explained all of this over the phone will not order from here again! Four star wouldn’t do anything like this

Manager(Sean) horrendous. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. If he’s from Derry he should be ashamed of himself. No one should be as rude or unhelpful as he is. If that’s representative of Domino’s that’ll be my last visit. And anyone else I know does sure. Dreadful!

Ordered a pizza and arrived cold, waited over an hour for delivery. Called shop 4 times before anyone answered the phone. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Staff wasn’t very polite on the phone when they did answer. They advised they put a note on the system for next time I advised there will be no next time the girl then said she would refund me. Still Disappointed
