Disappointed. They only really cater or care if you're an influencer. The first time I went, was for a pedicure and the owner and her male colleague broke into a massive fight. I had to let them know that I was there to have a relaxing experience and NOT a fight match. When I went to do my manicure, the younger guy was rough with my hands and absolutely rude. I will NEVER visit here again, there are better nail salons with much better service. Yes their designs are lovely but the service is awful awful. Please do NOT let TikTok fool you!

Honestly this is the best nail salon I have ever visited. The owner is so accommodating even managing to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment.I have been using the same nail technician for 3 years & I couldn't recommend her enough.Prices are reasonable, treatments are relaxing & staff are friendly.

First started getting my nails done by Pink mid last year and I won’t be going to another nail tech. Her and the team do a great job every time and the new shop is stunning. I recommend to everyone

Worst place to do your nails… the staff is extremely rude,there’s this male guy very aggressive,went there with my disabled aunt,and the time we went in the shop it wasn’t busy,it was me and my aunt..however this man misbehaved with my aunty and consistently talking in their language,we find this very rude, also charged us extra..I would never recommend this place again to anyone.. horrible service..

Terrible service, and they make up their prices, never consistent! No manners … just monetising off of black woman without delivering a good service. Don’t waist your time
