3 weeks ago me and my nan went to this zesty lush cafe for her 73 bday. we realised it was lukes first day he we very polite and joyful. he is a very nice pork pie influencer and sang happy 73 birthday to my nan and gave her a card saying happy bday. this pork pie influencer needs a rise i will be visiting again cause of this young man hoping to bump into luke.

Good cup of tea. Tasty cheese/red onion toastie but very small for the price. Also POOR ‘side’ (see photo) …. Scones very small for the price. Advice…. Take a flask and a picnic ! …. Until they improve.

Unfortunately the service was very lacking in the two servers especially the girl on our visit Sunday 6th Aug. Standing at the counter with our food, waiting to order drinks and pay, the staff decided to serve the man behind us 1st! They then turned to us, not a smile, or a sorry, just asked if that was everything, we hadn't even ordered drinks. My husband said if they were sure they didn't want to serve anyone else before us to which the girl turned to the next in the queue to serve them!!! After we were eventually served with drinks and food and sat, the girl ran to her supervisor, whispering and laughing and turning around to look at us! So unprofessional and appalling service. It's such a shame as the lodge and surrounding area is just lovely, but the cafe is served front of house by a pair of kids who don't know good customer service!!

Nice food and plenty of choice. Seating inside and out. Beautiful views and near toilets. Short walk from the car park. Some of the path is a bit rough if you're hard of walking

Disappointed. Quite pricey and the coffee was appalling. Also served red hot in a glass so I couldn't drink it until it was going cold but in the end didn't bother. Won't be back.

One of the best full breakfasts I've ever had. Great staff too. I ate my breakfast before I realised I wanted to take a picture of it. Definitely come for breakfast.
