James has just completed the most wonderful and complex job on installing AV in my flat. I had my doubts as to whether I wanted could be done, however James worked in a really intelligent, methodical way and always explaining me to me the impact of any given thing and constantly giving helpful advice and guidance. At the end, the place looked amazing, the work was methodical and done in the course of the day. In addition, James was incredibly polite and professional and even took the trouble to do a few extra bits that he thought would add to the quality of the whole thing. James installed a new TV ariel, mounted a 65 inch TV on our lounge wall, installed an 8 channel CCTV system throughout our house and rectified and faulty landline. James is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field and has a professional and friendly approach to his work. His attention to detail is superb leaving us with tidy well labelled cabling and a TV mounted with perfect precision. I purchased a Philips TV and Denon soundbar along with the recommended Sanus brackets. Unfortunately, the cable connections on the TV were in a really tricky place and the soundbar bracket went right over them, making it impossible to fit. James came up with a great suggestion that enabled me to fix the whole thing.Top marks to James - well worth a 5 star review.

We moved into a new build in April and James at MKL Cable Solutions was ready to install the day we moved. No hassle, no waiting, he even came to give guidance to Sky who put our dish up to ensure it was in the correct position, he did half their job for them (climbing in our loft space) to ensure we had no cables on show outside the house. He fitted a new digital aerial, ensured all the TV points in every room were connected and worked correctly and then installed sky in all six rooms as well. Resulting in very happy children :)James is tidy, thorough, reliable, efficient and precise. We have and will continue to recommend James to all our family and friends, and new neighbours on our estate. Rest assured if you ask James to do a job it will be perfect, no wirings showing ANYWHERE and all at reasonable prices. If our sky dish had not of been part of deal with sky, we would of asked him to do that too without a doubt as his knowledge is understanding and he has a good eye for what matters. James fitted a digital Freeview aerial in my loft and the reception is perfect, unlike the reception I had in my previous property which regularly had a weak signal resulting in channels breaking up or not being able to receive some channels at all. I was sceptic and expected to have the same issues in my new property, but James did a great job and connected the TV points in 3 rooms. Not only did he do a great job, he was very friendly, honest and hard working. I have not had any problems with his work, but I got the impression that if I did have any problems he would sort it out and would do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is happy with the work. The reason I selected James to do the work was because of all the good reviews he had on Google, so I promised him that I would also leave good feedback. There are so many poor services out there now a days, it was a refreshing change to have someone like James. So from my experience I would highly recommend him. Keep up the good work James :)

We have used James on several occasions over the last few years to install or upgrade our television and audio (DAB) setup throughout the house.
