I visited here with my daughter on a Saturday around 12 o'clock.The place was very clean and tidy, very good lighting and spacious.While we were waiting to order I saw the chef cook the chow mien for all of 2 mins, we should have left at that point but I just wanted to at least try the food for myself, and now I honestly wished I didn't.We ordered a large and small portion. The prices are extortionate to the portion sizes and the food tasted terrible, one of the worst I have ever tasted.The chow mein was bland as expected, no flavour whatsoever. The rice was just as bad and hard and the spring rolls were clearly store-bought, again tasteless.I will not be going back and do not recommend anyone to visit here unless you want to waste money. Awful.

I came in here today with my friend, the woman doing her box was very nice and polite and we were allowed to pay part cash part card which is very good !! My box was done by this nice and friendly man. And the food was very nice!! the atmosphere was clean but the seating area wasn't very big. Overall this place was amazing but they should make a bigger seating area if they can. I would recommend this place tho! It's way cheaper than regular Chinese food ♡

Food was good. However quite expensive. Asked to top up my water bottle as the chicken was salty so left dry mount. Wasn’t even give you a bit of water for free all though just paid over £20 for some noodles and chicken

Terrible service and the rice was even worst, noodles a little bit better. Sweet and sour chicken was the worst we have ever tasted. This is what we left because we can't eat this food

I asked to have an extra box( willing to pay) as my son only wats the noodles ,but the staff ( Aldisow) refused and now wa are erating from a napkin as a tray .Not recommend

I work locally so on my breaks I always come and get chopsticks which is nearly every day which is probably unhealthy but I don’t care aha. Pay cash and card. The food is amazing and always serves enough for the price. The staff members are so so kind and some remember my order so that’s good :) would 100% recommend.

Awful experience. Ordered a box last month. When the food came it was not edible. I ordered noodles with sweet and sour chicken and caramel chicken. It was like A CAR TYRE. I requested a refund and stuff haven't received one on Just eat. Avoid this scam of a place.What a shame because I've always ordered from there when I lived in romford.Never again.I want my money back.

The new chef has really changed the whole vibe and taste of chopstix. The staff there were lovely and the food tasted amazing today. I stopped going there as I thought it just became poorly but I’m glad I did today. I will be a regular again for sure.

A great place to eat! The food is always fresh & tastes great. The do small, medium and large boxes with a range of toppings. The duck spring rolls are really nice :)
