Giving 1 star as negative stars was not an option. This is a fraudulent company, STAY AWAY! I ‘bought’ a painting from Artgallery.co.uk, from their website on 19th June for £540. Soon after, on the same day, I changed my mind about the painting and wanted to cancel the order. There was no way on their website to cancel the order so I called them but there was no response. I left a voice message for them to ring me back. The next day, no one had called me so I rang them again and once again got no response, so I left them another voicemail but again no one rang me back. I then received an email on 20th June to say the item had been shipped. Annoyed, and disappointed by their service, I wrote an email response to this message this time explaining to them that I did not want the painting any longer and had been trying to reach to them to cancel the order! On 22nd June I finally received a call from Artgallery, they said to me she would contact the artist to arrange a cancellation of the item / collection of the item in case it was on the way to me and get back to me asap with regards to the refund. Is is now 12th July, I have asked my bank to dispute the transaction on my behalf as these guys do not pick up their phone, return my voicemails or respond to my emails. Fraudulently they refuse to return my £540 and they actually never even sent the painting!
