Good customer service!I received a very prompt response to a query regarding a product which appeared to lose charge much faster than I would have expected. I received an immediate refund together with an explanation. It was explained that there had been no other issues with the batch of batteries and it may be my equipment which was not suited (although the batteries were identical to previous ones). Anyway, not sure what the problem was but it was handled very efficiently and I would buy from the company again. Thanks!

i paid for next day delivery, and with no surprise it didn't come and not only that but there is no way to speak to a real person on the phone, the system is absolutely shocking. if you try to ring it say please press star to speak to an operator then it says please record a message

This is the first time I have bought batteries from the BatteryStation and everything was first class (service/product/packing). I need 9V batteries, but most makes (branded or otherwise) are fractionally to wide to fit freely into the individual pods" of my electrical device (a metal detector). However the Procell ones are a perfect fit ..... I have just ordered 20 more !"

A first class service. Batteries ordered yesterday morning, delivered at lunchtime today using standard courier (not next day delivery). Was kept informed by email where my parcel was and what time it would be delivered. I will certainly use this company again, very impressed.

There was a good range of batteries on the website, and the prices seemed reasonable. The postage costs were reasonable too. I ordered early on a Friday morning and all my order was with me by Saturday - I couldn't ask for much more.

Tried to place an order this evening with a discount code sent by BatteryStation for use today. Could find nowhere on the order form to input the code before entering payment details. Called for guidance at 17.10 but answerphone said call back during office hours 9.00 until 17.30".Sent email to customer services and await a reply. So far very dissapointed as cannot use discount code."

Great prices but what you save in money you pay for in courier. Hermes indicated they would deliver and then failed to do so 3 days in a row. Finally got the product on the fourth day but the frustration of planning my days around those times was not worth any savings......Thank you for your response. It actually took 9 days after Hermes repeatedly indicated delivery times and then failed to turn up. Sometimes a simple apology is worth more than escaping blame. Avoid this company!

Using the website was easy as a new customer, the prices were very very competitive, service was brilliant and a small problem with the order was resolved the same day and new battery set out same day. This company is first class to deal with I cannot recommend highly enough. It was a pleasure in dealing with them.
