At the moment I have weekly sessions with Sarah and without a doubt acupuncture has helped me immensely.The clinic has adhered very seriously to all covid guidelines and I feel very safe when I visit.My time with Sarah has bought me relief from my cancer and chemotherapy side affects in a calming environment. Not only have the sessions bought me relief and improvement I have also been treated by a very caring, positive and knowledgeable acupuncturist.It is not just a physical support but also an emotional support.This weeks session was as excellent as all the others have been.

I have been seeing the Osteopath Hayley at the college and I feel so lucky to have found her. I had a problem with my hip which was causing terrible pain and loss of mobility. I had let it go on for far too long and was quite desperate by the time I made my first appointment. I was also being kept awake at night by intensely painful pins and needles in my hands. I instantly felt that I was in very safe hands. Hayley is calm and compassionate, she listens carefully and adjusts the treatment accordingly. I feel completely at ease and able to talk to her about anything. There is no quick fix to a longstanding problem, but from the first treatment Hayley has reduced the pain and increased my mobility which has allowed me to carry on at work and given me increased quality of life. I am now improving greatly and feel like a different person, and the problem with my hands has almost completely disappeared. I cannot recommend Hayley highly enough, she has made my life better. The college is a lovely place to be treated, peaceful and comfortable.

I'm disabled with chronic pain. This May I had treatment with Clare at ICOM. The first treatment helped me so much I booked another appointment immediately. I've been having appointments once a fortnight since. Clare has helped me almost immeasurably with my pain levels and simultaneously helped me with a number of additional issues that I didn't realise could be helped. For one, I've had very painful periods for decades and within only two treatments my cramps have stopped completely, I don't need any painkillers or hot water bottles anymore and I don't have to arrange my life around my period. This could be a life changer for so many women. I'm now spreading out my appointments to every three weeks. I'm having regular sessions to manage chronic pain, other people may not need as many appointments. Clare has literally changed my life!

I've had amazing experiences with all of the treatments I have had at ICOM. I've seen experienced practitioners, such as Tony and Suzi, as well as graduate practitioners like Tomek. Each one has a different style of treating but all have been brilliant.

Elio was superb again. I felt so good in myself when I left the clinic. He certainly knows what he is doing. What surprises me again and again that he can obviously 'read' some of my behaviour by feeling my pulse and can give me feedback on how to change my lifestyle to improve my health and wellbeing. Marvellous!

I saw Tom Ings for treatment of tight muscles in my leg due to osteoarthritis in my knee. He was very professional and very attentive. He took a thorough medical history and was able to address my problems. The treatment room was spotlessly clean and given the current circumstances with Covid I felt completely safe.Prices are reasonable and I have already booked another session. I would highly recommend.

I have chronic DVT in my leg which is causing so much pain and swelling. I had never had acupuncture, but had got to the point I will try anything. I am now hooked! I never understood what a skill acupuncture is. I saw Tom at ICOM and he really is amazing. So caring, full of knowledge and after only one treatment the pain has released significantly. I have booked to go back so Tom can continue with the treatment plan. I highly recommend not only acupuncture, but the ICOM clinic and their practitioners. The skill and care is really first class.
