Tuffnells Parcels Express

Tuffnells / Interparcel 24 Hour Delivery.We organised an exhibition delivery for 12 noon, ready to set up by 7pm and the consignment failed to arrive. We were unable to speak with anyone to resolve this problem. Do not trust this company if you have a deadline as they cannot be trusted to deliver on time.

I wouldn't even give them a star. The worst delivery company ever. So disappointed with one of thier couriers. Chaps the door and runs away, twice. So unprofessional. Very very unreliable. I wish i never get a delivery from them again. Tried calling them to ask about my package but will they ever answer the phone.

I think I am generous with 2 stars but 3/3 items did arrive in the end. Albeit very slowly.First Item arrived late, only 1 item out of 2 in lorry. Second one never turned up and had to be re-ordered.I was told by the company I purchased the items from that 2 people would deliver as furniture items heavy which was why delivery was expensive. There was only ever 1 person who came to deliver.The driver left the goods at the bottom of the stairs on ground floor (first floor flat)and didn't think to ask about any mobility issues we may have had and said he was in hurry to leave.In the end the furniture company refunded us for all of our delivery charges.I could not hand on heart recommend Tuffnels to any company.

Came home to find a big heavy box sitting out in the open near my back door.. It's not for me as its not my address or postcode. It was too heavy for me to lift so I walked to the house it should have gone to and they came for it. Lucky they were there. Just what I needed after a very long day at work.

Say they delivered my parcel (6days late and counting) however nothing received. Wish I had known the sender used Tuffnells before I ordered, I would of refused to order as I know Tuffnells well from days working in haulage around Sheffield. Company not even worth one star.

Parcel is over a week late. Customer services won't answer a single question re where it is. What a joke. Will never use again, beware if you actually want a parcel to actually arrive at its destination. Still no delivery.

This Company have terrible customer service. Their track and trace is useless giving only a 7am to 7pm delivery window. You have to wait all day and your parcel never arrives.When you phone them they say they cannot tell you anything as their contract is with the supplier. Come off it, I paid for the goods and I want them delivered with a reasonable delivery window.I did as they suggested and contacted the supplier and asked them to delist this company.

We had a dispute with a third party company and the manager of the Lanark branch could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to track the missing item, speaking to drivers, other staff and contacting customer services . He also kept us informed by phone and as a result of his intervention we received a refund which we had been pursuing for weeks. Superb service, thank you John!

Had to wait two days for pick up. Never came and never bothered to let me know. I was assured they would pick up the next day - same story. Then said, sorry, they would pick up after the weekend.Cancelled and booked on Parcelforce. I wish I had seen all the one star reviews before booking. Avoid these clowns.

Dreadful. No correct communication through their tracking system which advised item out for delivery - when it was not - I refused delivery - when I did not - item damaged - which I have no knowledge of. Tried to telephone but no one to answer. I am at a complete loss to understand why any supplier would use Tuffnells.
