While I Breathe

Isabel's classes are definitely something very special! She is sensitive and welcoming, she supports you at whichever point you're at with your body and makes you feel positive and comfortable with your body. She runs classes which are extremely nurturing and enjoyable, supporting the feminine aspect and it feels she really passes on the authentic nature of yoga! I can't recommend her classes highly enough, she is one of a kind! ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Isabel is a wonderful yoga instructor. Her practices allow you to take part in Yoga at whatever level you are. Isabel often does Yoga in The Woods! If you've never experienced Yoga in nature then I highly recommend Yoga with Isabel.
