Since April, Lorenzo’s project management of the restoration has been great and his communication over the 7 months first class. He managed expectations effectively and his co-ordination and allocation of various trades and third party contractors on the project minimised delays.I am very happy with the restoration and although I did not meet all of the personnel that worked on the property those that I did meet (Jason and Marius) were polite and answered any questions raised. Mariah support was also appreciated.I also saw that Bogdan worked very hard on the project and all concerned left the property clean especially after the flooring had been laid mid-July.I noted and appreciated that the same personnel were on the project from start to finish and it does show that Northdown are able to retain their good people.I hope, I never have a claim of this type again, however I would have no hesitation in requesting Northdown’s services and would recommend your team to neighbours, if they found themselves in the same situation.

After an extensive house fire while away, my insurers placed the responsibility of repair work with Northdown Property Services.The plans for repair work were mapped out quickly, the dates for the work were communicated to me early so I could book time off work in advance.The work done was carried out to a professional standard and I now have a wonderful new lounge and kitchen.The contractor provided (Sharif) was polite, interested in completing the work to a high standard and genuinely interested in giving attention to the detail in regard to the repair work, an absolute gentleman to speak with also.Can't fault the company, thanks NPS.

We had NPS doing work on our damage bathroom though a major water leak via insurance company.We had very good experience they kept us informed about the job from day one.David who carried out the work was very polite , professional, clean , tidy never had a cleaner workman. Everyday he cleaned and informed us on progress. We could not be happier with the company and the work carried out. I would recommend them to anyone. We also like that management by Luigi coming out every day checking on work . Thank you very much NPS for my lovely new bathroom.Mr&Mrs Moody

Please don't listen to the 1 star reviews from a disgruntled ex-employee, these guys are absolutely brilliant.I was a bit worried about having my downstairs remodelled after extensive water damage but I really didn't need to. The management team put me at ease and were really open with me all the way through, and they delivered everything they promised.The workers were really friendly and turned up on time, and even made a fuss over my dog every day too which he loved! Would highly recommend and although I hope I'm never in that situation again, if I was I wouldn't hesitate to give NPS a call.

A very efficient and professional service. The workmen who painted the several rooms, checked the water tank and electrics, and tiled our bathroom were excellent and couldn't be faulted. Alistair and Connor who oversaw the whole process were friendly, thorough and checked on progress daily, either on the phone or in person. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who has just had the bathroom completed. The company is brilliant and I highly recommend. The quality of work is faultless and very professional and Connor has always resolved any queries I have swiftly. Alistair the owner was very professional and kind and I felt very happy with the final results.

Northdown were appointed to restore my property and completed an excellent job, the trademan (Bogdan and Mathius) working on the job were attentive, polite and professional throughout and worked to a high standard throughout the job.I am delighted with the finished look and excellent work that has been completed by the team.

Great service from Connor and Alastair, work was carried out cleanly and effectively. No messing around.My builder Greg, did a heroic job working in a very hot conservatory.Recommended.
