Pannal Motor Centre

I couldn't recommend Wayne and the Team at Pannal Motor Centre enough. Their knowledge and understanding is second to none. Anything they have needed to do on the car they have been clear with why and what the costs are before any work carried out.I won't take my car anywhere else.

Great guys. Trustworthy and reliable place. Reasonable prices too. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Vehicle scratched while being worked on. Thankfully spotted it on-site. Could easily of not been the case! Wayne certainly was not going to do what was honourable and only settled pre a County Court showdown processed by one's self. Your luck was seemingly not in on this occasion. I did have reservations at the point of booking my vehicle in in regards to the front office (In hindsight bad decision on my part). In any event, life goes on and the torment is now over. Am sure in the main they do a good job as highlighted by other reviews, but don't appreciate dishonesty.

Cannot fault this garage, very well managed, good communication, professional yet friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

I was unfortunate enough to have a puncture but fortunate to pick it up right outside the garage. The staff were very pleasant and offered to repair the tyre without complaint or excuse which is a very rare experience and one I shall not forget.Thank you gents - excellent service and to be applauded!

I took my Citroen C3 to another garage closer to home, with the brake lights jammed on. Electrical issue it transpired. This unnamed garage told me that they couldn't look at it for another ten days!I went, then, to Pannal Motors, who I have used before.I explained the situation & they immediately ordered the necessary part.Four hours later they rang me to say my car was sorted & ready. Fantastic.I understand that if it had been a more complex job that I would have had to wait. I appreciate that.Nevertheless, Pannal went above & beyond to sort my small problem out.Let's face it, not a lot of places do this any more.Thanks.ADDED THE FIVE STARS - MY MISTAKE. INTENDED THAT !

Excellent customer service and excellent customer care skills. Only garage I will ever take my cars for MOT and repairs.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish , super efficient at diagnosing the issue, ordering the parts and booking the car in despite a Bank Holiday. The price was really good , all the staff friendly and courteous! I’m new to the area and will definitely be making this my local garage for future repairs -hopefully don’t have a visit back for a while . Thanks to all the Team for a job well done!
