This is the second time we have needed to call upon the services of Harold White funeral directors. The whole staff were excellent and professional again. Bernadette is very professional, we had dealt with this lovely lady before. The guys who conducted the service on the day were brilliant and the whole experience was made easier by the huge kindness and sympathy shown by all. I would like to say a special thanks to Tracy who went over and above to make sure our needs were met. She is an amazing asset to the business and we were very grateful to her and the rest of the staff.

No one expects to need to plan a funeral for their baby and the decisions that you need to make at a time when you are feeling heartbroken can feel really overwhelming.
