It was my first time of using the service. I had airport transfers to and from Heathrow. Despite the huge amount of luggage, the drivers were happy to help, even carrying up the stairs to my flat. The drive itself was very smooth, and I did not get travel sickness which is very rare for me.Travelling long distance can be quite stressful with so many things to think about, but Paul and his drivers made it as stress-free as it could be. I am really glad to have used the service, and would definitely be using again. Thank you so much!

PRC Luxury Travel Essex provide us with an excellent airport transfer service to Gatwick and back. We are a family of 5 and the Mercedes V-Class they use has so much room for passengers and luggage. A very upmarket and comfortable way to travel.Paul picked us up from home to take us to Gatwick. He was very punctual. The journey there was entirely stress free and we arrived with plenty of time for our flight.Tammy picked us up on the way home. Our 4 hour flight was delayed by 50 minutes so it was 1am when we landed. Tammy gave me a hug when we met ;-). Again the journey home was stress free and comfortable even though Tammy had to deal with some M25 junction closures.We were very happy with the service from PRC Luxury Travel Essex and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.

We used Paul's services for a wedding ceremony in Essex. On a personal note, Paul was professional, polite and dressed in a suit. He was early to arrive and waited when some weren't ready in time. He provided luxury travel to and from the venue and it was spotlessly clean. He helped out when picking up two elderly people with restricted mobility and put all mobility chairs in the rear and got them out upon arrival. Paul also dealt with the two elderly people when they arrived home, on his own, showing he was willing to help all customers to have a good experience. Last minute booking to collect my husband from the airport after a work trip.They were exceptionally professional and ended up having to wait nearly four hours due to Ryan Airs usual antics and the company were in touch with me the whole time and waited and collected my husband who was very pleased as not all services would have waited.Really recommend.
