Called Michael yesterday, I was not expecting such a speedy response, but Michael said he would attend the following day which he did and got my boiler working, Michael was very informative, he told me what had happened to the boiler and how he would fix it, I will definitely be using him again and would not hesitate to recommend him. Very pleased with the service we received. Spoke to Micheal who arranged for Andrew to collect and fit new over bath shower unit. Andrew fitted the shower unit very professionally and also identified and fixed a leak from under the bath. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Michael was able to come on the same day I called. He arrived promptly and proceeded to get on with the job in hand which was very much appreciated. He was tidy and professional and carried on working thoroughly checking his work and attended to all the radiators and servicing the boiler which he spotted needed a new part. The result is everything of course and after he had finished, 1 hour from starting there was a massive improvement in the heat of both the radiators and the hot water. A very good job indeed completed by a conscientious and professional engineer. Highly recommended.

Simply sensational ! I was called home by a very anxious Son, the kitchen was saturatedas our tap had given up the ghost, my Son was in a panic & clearly distressed, after my initial attempt to rectify I contacted Michael who was unbelievable, put simply, I would have no hesitation in using his services again, the whole process was seamless, after ascertaining what the issue was he sent Andrew to assist, within an hour the job was done, new tap, new fitting ! One very happy customer, thanks again.
