Amazing service. Called on a Tuesday. They got the part from Audi in Germany for Wednesday. The car was ready Thursday lunch time.The bill for the work was extremely reasonable.

Superb service from all involved at AJK Thompson. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and each one of the three we met went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, broke down on holiday and was let down by my breakdown service, I was waiting for about 18 hours to be seen and kept being let down - I rang AJK Thompson’s on the off chance and spoke to a really helpful lady (Jill) who advised me on what to do next with my breakdown company! Within an hour, Chris arrived and sorted the problem out there and then. I would highly recommend them and I cannot thank them enough!!

Whilst on holiday, a mechanical failure meant that our vehicle had to be recovered. Chris from AJK Thompson (Seahouses) sorted everything in a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner. He also gave us the useful information we needed to continue our holiday (numbers of taxi companies etc.).Thanks.

I would like to say, when you unfortunately break down ,and AJK Thompson are the the recovery, you will be not disappointed, our experience with them was absolutely fantastic, especially Johnny he was fantastic, and the lady we spoke to on the phone , he took it upon himself to make sure that we were safe before we got the next next breakdown truck . Just to let everyone know we broke down the other side of Berwick heading to Scotland.

Whilst on holiday I had a flat tyre & called into AJK Thompson to use their air machine. My tyre had a hole & was non-repairable.I asked at reception if they could change the tyre but unfortunately they didn't have the size. The guy on reception (sorry I didn't note your name) was unbelievably helpful and arranged a mobile tyre fitter to come & fit a new tyre, all within 90 minutes!! Amazing service from this company when RAC, whom I have full cover with, told me it would be a few hours! then if they couldn't do anything another couple of hours to take it to Alnwick, NO stars for RAC!.Thank you again for your kind help & excellent service.Pam Denos

Unbelievable how fast and helpful these guys were, had a issue and was on the side of the main motorway stranded with the major rescue company’s with a 12 hour wait, could not recommend these guys enough, friendly/helpful/cheap in comparison, Chris got me back on the road in 30 minutes

Just been towed to a garage after getting stuck in a live lane on a national limit in Rothbury. Great communication and quick response time. The mechanic who picked us up was friendly, helpful and informative. 100 percent recommended

Fantastic service! We broke down while on holiday so we called AJK to be greeted by a really helpful lady on the phone followed by the mechanic Paul arriving within half an hour of the call and the fault was diagnosed and fixed within an hour of Paul arriving,the cost was very reasonable indeed. I would highly recommend AJK and Paul the mechanic. Thank you guys very much,top service.
