Great selection of equipment, definitely needs maintenance though, music is often way too loud especially late night/early mornings (2-6am). Staff are lovely though. Other gym users are also nice, and always willing to help when necessary

Great gym not too busy and cheap. Music is a bit loud but otherwise perfect.

Great gym having everything you’d need fitness wise with a great monthly price! My only issue has been work out benches if busy, but with the space of the gym it’s understandable. But besides that a great gym for fitness!

Some equipment needs maintenance and this takes time. The manager is either off duty or doing PT sessions so not available. If you need to train and can get on with it. Off peak is really enjoyable training time. Highly recommend Zumba classes, so much fun. Other classes really brilliant too. Facilities are immaculate clean. Only small niggles, hopefully get sorted soon

I have been to a variety of gyms over a period of time, Kiss gym is by far the best. It has all the equipment you would ever need, There is such a variety that you never need to stand around waiting to use anything, The shower facilities are excellent, and have hairdryer and tongs!!! The classes are outstanding, The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Pete's classes are very high intensity and he will spur you on to get the best out of you, as do all the instructors, after making sure you are fit and healthy, but will always offer options if you have an injury or just starting out. I can't recommend kiss gym enough.

A good gym, nice atmosphere with enough equipments. The staffs are helpful and polite. Membership prices are affordable and i recommend for anyone looking for a gym to join.

Love this gym. Right by Wyvern, Leonardo hotel,Travelodge and the 11/22 bus stop. 24 hour access, good range of equipment and good pricing also. Nice large bathrooms/changing areas too.

Old equipment. Broken most of the time. People leaving sweat after workout. Personal trainer injecting steroids and setting bad examples to others, leaves the weights on the machines and never cleans after using equipments. Shame
