My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here and it is absolutely beautiful.Only problem was that he pick too large a size but we contacted Alex Monroe and they said to either come into the boutique or send it back and the issue would be dealt with right away.The estimated time was 9th of March to get it back but I received it yesterday after only two weeks. Couldn’t be happier with the service!Thank you.

I lost the back of one of my Alex Monroe earrings, and got in touch to see if I could buy one. The agent was absolutely lovely, and sent me out a new back free of charge. It arrived quickly and safely. Great, friendly and caring service!

Alex Monroe is a lovely little jeweler with two locations in London. The staff here is super nice and ready to help with whatever you need to choose from their lovely collection.

I love Alex Monroe jewellery, I’ve ordered several pieces online and I was excited to visit their London boutique. The shop is really cute, unfortunately the staff were less than helpful. Very unwelcoming, and the girl behind the counter was confused by the simplest of questions. We spent £800 in store and I felt as though we were being looked down on the entire time. Please teach your store staff some manners!

I purchased a sapphire Rosa Alba for my wife in Winter of 2022 from the Covent Garden branch. This was my first mistake. DO NOT buy any jewellery in advance from this place.By the time of my ceremony in Spring 2023 (just under 6 months, most of which was kept in storage) to our surprise, it had severely deformed. She had only worn it a handful of times, as expected, because we were planning to exchange rings at the ceremony.(Picture of the ring which is deformed after a handful of uses)When we complained at London Bridge, there was little urgency in the matter and we felt strong racist undertones in their attitude in person and through email correspondence.When we bought the ring, I specifically asked if this could be worn everyday and was reassured we would be, but the ring deformed quickly and was not really fit for purpose. The thing that really shocked me when we went to complain, was them nonchalantly telling us the design had been recalled and a new, more durable design had taken its place. When I asked about it, it was said that they are always having a creative rethink about the pieces.The only real solution they gave was to reshape the ring and make it a half size smaller, implying my wife was at fault for poor handling. They offered this service free of charge, which really is the bare minimum. The sales assistant advised my wife that the ring would be fine with gentle" everyday use.The experience has left a really sour taste in our mouths. Knowing that we intentionally wanted something that could last a lifetime

Amazing service , great staff and lovely bracelet. They managed to send me the gift in less 24 hours so that saved me travelling to the shop and kept me in constant touch with progress. Although I had left buying the present till the last minute they went out of their way to help.The bracelet is beautiful and I will definitely be back!

I've had exceptional service from Alex Monroe. I have a number of their pieces, and when one very sentimental bracelet broke in lock down, I was met with quick response, a reminder when they reopened and extremely quick and polite service when I sent my item to be fixed. A wonderful experience.

I had such a great experience both times I’ve been to this boutique. Me and my partner chose an engagement ring from here (the beekeeper collection). It is an exquisite ring with beautiful detail and I can’t stop admiring it.The team at the boutique are so lovely! Offered us a drink when I came back to resize the ring (free resizing in the first 6 months of buying the ring). They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Feel very at ease here.Will be looking to come back and pick our wedding rings!
